Why we need you!

FUN-Raising for Meadows!

The PTA hosts and provides resources for many programs and events throughout the school year to enrich and expand the learning and social experiences to which our children are exposed.   Meadows, and the schools in our district, continue to thrive even though state funding had decreased by $1,000 per student over the past ten years!!   Last year alone, we were able to provide over $350 per student through classroom supplies, teaching materials, computers and audio visual equipment, field trips, assemblies, and much more!

How is this possible?  Through you!!  Joining the PTA and participating in our fundraising programs helps us close the gap and maintain the standard of education we all want for our children.   Please don’t sit on the sidelines!  Jump in and participate!  We offer “shopping cart” fundraisers like SCRIP that run year-round and provide funds without any out-of-pocket cost to our families (how great is that?!).

We also host a slate of very fun events that build our community spirit while supporting Meadows. These include the annual Mustang Trot, Book Fair, Parent Party and CampEXPO to name just a few.  Your participation in these events is really the key to our success!

Please make it a habit to visit this website, read the Mustang Minute and check the Tuesday envelopes regularly to keep up to date on upcoming events and how you can participate.  If you have any questions, please contact the chairperson for the activity, or drop us a note.
